Our History

Maryam Trading Company was established in Kish Island in 1988. As its first project and the private sector's first post-Revolution investment in Kish, Maryam Mall started its operations in 1990. Its unique architecture reminiscent of local beach plazas is still very attractive to tourists. Its second project was Maryam Hotel which opened up to visitors and tourists in 2001 with 56 luxury rooms and ideal common facilities in 6200 square meters. Maryam Hotel's pioneering Romanesque architecture encouraged many subsequent building projects in Kish to follow suit. After three years, the massive recreational center,Maryam Bowling, in 7800 square meters with 16 hi-tech Brunswick bowling lanes, 40 billiards tables, huge kids land, separate gymnasiums for ladies and gentlemen and various other parts and eateries came into the market in 2005. Its most recent project is Maryam Shopping Center, which is boutique mall, with luxurious shops and a unique rooftop restaurant with a marvelous view of the Persian Gulf.
